Uzee Ni Wewe! Meet The Kenyan Female Celebrities Who Don’t Look Like Their Real Age (PHOTOS)

They say age is nothing but a number and I agree. In the Kenyan Showbiz there are some celebrities who look way maturer than they actually are while others look way younger.
Although not all have been successful, there are those that have been able to create a niche for themselves in the flooded industry. Below are 5 sexiest Kenyan prominent celebrities who look like they haven’t aged a day in their lives, go through
1. Pierra Makena

2. Sheilah Mwanyigha
She was among the famous clique of women who made radio what it is today. Many have faded away into insignificance but Sheilah has managed to stay in the competitive industry and also maintained her charm. She is damn hot!

3. Julie Gichuru
The mother of five is super sexy. Unlike her counterparts who have not been able to maintain their beauty, Julie Gichuru has managed to. One can easily confuse her for a teenage girl. We can’t believe how old she is! She looks younger.

Football Is A Game, Hooliganism Is a Shame! AFC Leopards Vs Gor Mahia Match Abandoned!!

The much anticipated Mashemeji Derby was called off on the 65th minute after a section of AFC Leopards fans started pelting stones into the field forcing the officials to stop the game. After moments of unfruitful attempts at an intervention, the match commissioner Paul Kaunda had no choice but to call off the match due to ‘security reasons’ leaving the die hard football fans disappointed.

All this began when Gor Mahia was awarded a penalty after AFC Leopards defender Jackson Saleh handled the ball giving the centre referee Peter Nduati no option but to award K’ogalo a penalty. This comes barely a month after Gor Mahia fans set ablaze three cars in the city center.

Hooliganism seems to be back to our stadium. Let’s wait and see what action the football governing body will take. The match was still 0-0 when it was aborted.

The Hairstyle That Every Kenyan Girl Should Try Out Right Now

Kenyan girls, you need to look at this!
I’m totally loving Jokate Mwegelo’s look. The gorgeous Mnet VJ, musician and actress was with Ali Kiba in the country for this season’s Coke Studio Africa. The “Leo Leo” singer looked amazing in her colored braids.
Colored braids are the ultimate look every Kenyan girl should be looking for. Especially if they match your outfit. Go for that killer look!
Some of the celebrities I’ve seen endorse this trend include Vanessa Mdee
he thing with colored braids is that they save you the hustle of having to die your hair and they’re the go-for summer look. You can have a strain of purple, red, pink, blue, green, or even grey and match them with your make up!

You’ll Be Surprised By This New Discovery About Sex

I was browsing through my Facebook feed yesterday and bumped into something truly interesting. It was a post by Facebook’s Chief Operation Officer (COO) Sheryl Sandbergabout the latest research on sex in advertisement.
The Bloomberg Business piece states that sex does not sell. The story reveals that commercial content with neutral themes are more effective than those laced with sensual perspectives. The report in discussion was published by the academic journal Psychological Bulletin.
“It never helps to have violence and sex in commercials. It either hurts, or has no effect at all,” said Brad Bushman, a professor of communication and psychology at Ohio State University. The study resulted out of 53 experiments.

What he basically meant is that attention is diverted from the message to the violent and obscene acts. While some of the campaing may be memorable, less customers are likely to buy into the brand.
The co-author of the study adds that there is no major difference in how women and men perceive advertising. A perfect example of a successful campaign that avoided sex and violence is Obama’s 2008 Presidential bid. It focused mostly on video games.

Mike Sonko Thoroughly Embarrasses Ungrateful Kenyans (PHOTOS)

Kenyans will only love you when you are making them proud but when tragedy strikes, they run away. Recently, Kenya’s strongest man, Conrad Njeru Karukenya commonly known as Tiger Power was hospitalised at  the Kenyatta National Hospital but funny enough, Kenyans did not turn up to support him only Mike Sonko did.
The flamboyant Senator;  Mike Sonko visited Tiger Power at the hospital where he spent some time with him. Mike Sonko then cleared the medical bills for the Kenyan legend and later took him home after he was discharged.
“TODAY TOGETHER WITH MY PARAMEDICS WE VISITED KENYAN LEGEND CONRAD NJERU KARUKENYA, ALSO KNOWN AS TIGER POWER AT KENYATTA NATIONAL HOSPITAL, WE CLEARED ALL HIS MEDICAL BILLS AND TOOK HIM HOME AFTER HE WAS DISCHARGED.

CONRAD NJERU IS FAMED FOR HIS EXTRAORDINARY STRENGTH AND HAS PERFORMED ACROSS.
SOME OF CONRAD’S GREATEST FEATS INCLUDE CARRYING 8 MEN AND LIFTING A CRATE OF BEER WITH HIS BARE TEETH. IN 2012 CONRAD CAME IN SECOND AT THE SUPER HUMAN COMPETITION IN UK.
WE WISH HIM A QUICK RECOVERY.”
He posted on his official Facebook Page accompanied with the photos below

The Unexpected Thing That President Uhuru Kenyatta Did Today

President Uhuru Kenyatta noticeably referred to his late father as Kenya’s founding father, the late Mzee Jomo Kenyatta and not “my dad.”
This was when he visited his dad’s Mausoleum to lay a wreath, showing respect to the man who played a major role in liberating Kenya from the colonial rule. He was accompanied by First Lady Margaret Kenyatta.

Like A Boss: How Uhuru Kenyatta’s Son Rolls

Jomo Kenyatta was the founding father of Kenya; he was the first president of the country. This further proves that he is not an individualistic leader and that he is big on promoting national cohesion.
Kenyatta was the leader of Kenya from independence in 1963 to his death in 1978. Prior to that, he was the Prime Minister. Many Kenyan streets in main cities and landmark infrastructure are named after Kenyatta.

This includes the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Kenyatta University, Kenyatta International Conference Center, Kenyatta Avenue and much more.
